This proposal will:
Accept incoming XCM/HRMP channel request from Interlay and Bifrost and send corresponding open channel requests back to Interlay and Bifrost.
Register HDX, INTR, BNC, vDOT, vASTR, vGLMR, vMANTA in the Zeitgeist asset registry.
I have tested this call with Chopsticks. It took about 10 hrs to discuss, get the right fee_rate, create and test.
