I have removed the preimage for this ref. Malte pointed out that the fee_factors were not calculated correctly. I'll repost once we decide the correct call.

Interlay & Bifrost XCM channels. Register HDX, INTR, iBTC, BNC, vDOT, vASTR, vGLMR, vMANTA
This proposal will:

1. Accept incoming XCM/HRMP channel request from Interlay and Bifrost and send corresponding open channel requests back to Interlay and Bifrost.
2. Register HDX, INTR, iBTC, BNC, vDOT, vASTR, vGLMR, vMANTA in the Zeitgeist asset registry.

I have tested this call with Chopsticks. It took about 3-4 hrs to create and test.
