This proposal aims to register the campaign asset WSX. It is designed to be used within the scope of a campaign that is called "Washington Stock Exchange". WSX is registered as a foreign asset without a MultiLocation, thus making it impossible to transfer it via XCM. At the same time it is possible to pay fees, as the runtime is capable of handling fees for foreign assets.
