The market will resolve to "Yes" if Gavin Newsom is the officially elected presidential nominee of the Democratic Party and to "No" if somebody else is the officially elected presidential nominee (Joe Biden, for example). This decision is expected to be made on the Democratic National Convention, 19-22 August 2024. I've intentionally left some spare time after these dates, just in case of unexpected events that might move the decision date.
