6. Kenneth Chesebro (Trump campaign attorney);
7. Jenna Ellis (part of the Trump campaign's legal team);
8. David Shafer (former Georgia Republican Party chairman);
9. Michael Roman (worked for Trump’s 2020 campaign);
10. Trevian Kutti (publicist);
11. Harrison Floyd (Trump campaign aide); and
12. Stephen Lee (Illinois based former police officer).

As of now, all these individuals are criminally charged. These charges range from conspiring to overturn the election, making false statements about the election, attempting to manipulate voting results, and pushing fraudulent claims about voting irregularities. Defenders argue some were only performing their duties or expressing political speech.

This market resolves to “Yes” if, before the close date, any of the above plead guilty to racketeering according to credible sources. It resolves to “No” otherwise.
